Most of us want to get back into shape for the summer!
First of all, it must be done gradually! Start taking more walks and being more active! Repeat a little routine in the morning at home when you get up! Something very simple (like a squat and abs routine), just to activate your metabolism and train your brain to have an active rhythm!

Back to the gym is never easy after a long break, and you may feel a loss of muscle mass, as well as difficulty doing the same training routine you did before. But tell yourself that it all comes down to good habits and healthy lifesyle! Fitness level retuns very quickly, and, normally, after 2 weeks you will see the difference!

If you schedule your workouts, it will be easier, and do not forget that the more you do it, the easier it will be.
